Apple Snap 8 ounce bag

Dehydrated apples of various varieties.  60 lbs of no spray apples cut with commercial electric slicer to 2mm thickness and placed on 24 trays in dehydrator at 135 degrees for 18 hours.  Removed and placed either in 1 gallon plastic bag or 1 gallon glass jar to keep dehydrated without rehydration.  Packaged for sale the day of consumer purchase.

Note: includes the skin which contains more than half the nutrients of the entire apple. According to the United States Department of Agriculture, a large red apple with its skin intact contains about 5 grams of fiber, 13 milligrams of calcium, 239 milligrams of potassium, and 10 milligrams of vitamin C. But remove the skin, and it still contains about 3 grams of fiber, 11 milligrams of calcium, 194 milligrams of potassium, and plenty of its vitamin C and other nutrients.
